职位描述：

Requirement:

1.Bachelor degree of Mechanical area from full-time university.

2.Fluent English both in Spoken and Written.

3.At least 7 years experience in similar positions in machining area.

4.Good knowledge of manufacturing processes is needed as well as a strong technical background of mechanical technologies, Machining, Casting or Forging.

5.Good knowledge of Quality tools PPAP, SPC and ISO9001/16949 procedures are required.

6.Knowledge of steel materials and related manufacturing processes， Heat treatments process.

7.Ideal candidate will be self-confident and self-starter, with good communication skills. Team working oriented with ability to coordinate activities.

8.Business travel frequently.

Job Description:

1.Use and practice of the Supplier Quality procedures, Global Supplier Quality Manual, Quality Improvement Tools within the Gamesa Wind China organization.

2.Supplier Validation and Qualification.

3.To develop new mechanical suppliers and participate with engineering in the evaluation and selection of alternate sources of supply.

4.Scheduling, realization of Process Audits of Quality Improvement Plans at suppliers.

5.Implement activities with suppliers to ensure that Gamesa specifications and procedures are fully accomplished and quality of components is guaranteed.

6.Components Approval: Ensure Prototypes are validated before serial production.

7.Product Audits of serial production mechanical components.

8.Supplier Performance Evaluation and monitoring.

9.Product quality concerns management with suppliers: to ensure the implementation of containment actions, corrective and preventative actions at the suppliers. Review of the effectiveness.

10.Management and maintenance of documents and database of Suppliers Quality issues.
